Who pays for customs and taxes?

We don’t currently ship internationally, but when we do customs and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Liquid Art Designs Ltd is not responsible for customs and taxes.

Will my item look exactly the same as the pictures?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that the items they will receive will be the exact same as the images on our website. Most of our items are made to order and due to the nature of resin variation will occur during the process.

When can i expect to receive my items after placing an order?

Lead time is two weeks, this is because of curing (drying/setting) time. Additional 2-4 days to be delivered. However, due to current circumstances involving COVID-19 shipping may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at present time. UK shipping only. Royal Mail 1stclass - Next Day Royal Mail 2ndclass– 2-3 Working Days

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We don’t accept exchanges. Returns are accepted on our designs within 7 days of receiving the items, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The items should be returned in its original condition and the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value if damaged. A full refund will be issued once items have been received by Liquid Art Designs LTD. We don’t accept returns on personalised items. However please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

How can I take care of my resin art?

Care Instructions: For best results, we recommend: - Polishing coasters after every use. - Keep away from direct sunlight. - Keep sharp objects away from resin pieces. - Polish with a microfibre cloth. - Resins are not dishwasher safe. - For residue stains, you can use warm water and mild dish soap or a damped soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive sponges or chemicals on resin items. This includes perfume, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, antibacterial hand sanitiser. Chemicals will react with the epoxy and cause it to become scaly, yellow, chip or break.
